Resilient Lady

Originally planned for Australia before Red Sea disruption rerouted her to the Caribbean.

Overview

Resilient Lady is the third ship in the Virgin Voyages fleet, delivered in December 2022 and sailing her maiden voyage from Piraeus in May 2023 on a Greek Islands itinerary. Like her sisters, she carries around 2,770 passengers across 110,000 gross tons with the same adults-only, all-restaurants-included formula.

The original plan had Resilient Lady based in Australia, but Red Sea disruption rerouted her to the Caribbean where she now sails short 4- and 5-night itineraries out of Miami. She has a few cosmetic differences from Scarlet Lady and Valiant Lady - a Latina mermaid by New Mexico artist Jodie Herrera, Grecian-inspired rattan and wicker details in the cabins, and three seahorse sculptures on Deck 7 instead of Scarlet Lady's four swings. She also has her own exclusive show, Persephone, a Greek myth retelling with dance and circus acts.

The hardware and dining are identical to the rest of the fleet. Resilient Lady is a good option if you want a shorter Caribbean sailing or if the cosmetic touches and unique entertainment appeal to you, but functionally she is the same ship as her sisters.
