The Pizza Place represents Virgin Voyages’ most relaxed dining venue, featuring made-to-order personal-sized pizzas available throughout the day and into the night. This casual restaurant operates on all four Virgin Voyages ships: Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, Resilient Lady, and Brilliant Lady.
The establishment offers European-style pizza bases with accommodations for dietary restrictions, including vegan and gluten-free options.
Location and Ambiance
Located on Deck 7 alongside other entertainment venues, The Pizza Place features a coastal aesthetic with white and pastel furnishings. The restaurant provides both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements, with tables accommodating 2-4 guests and seaside-themed seating areas.
During favourable weather, order your pizza and claim an outdoor table to enjoy ocean views while dining.

Pizzas are freshly baked to order. Standard offerings include:
- The Classic — mozzarella and tomato sauce

- Pretty Fly For A White Pie — mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, oregano

- Vegan — vegan cheese, pepper, arugula

Preparation typically requires 10-15 minutes depending on volume. The venue operates until 2am, making it the go-to spot for late-night hunger after shows and entertainment.
Peak demand hits immediately following evening performances, so if you’re heading straight from the theatre, expect a short wait.

My Assessment
The Pizza Place is exactly what it needs to be — casual, consistent, and satisfying. The bases are thin and crispy in the European style, the toppings are generous, and the fact that it’s included in your fare makes it an easy choice for a quick meal.
Pretty Fly For A White Pie was my favourite — the combination of ricotta, Parmesan, and garlic works well. The Classic is reliable if you want something straightforward. The daily specials are worth checking as they occasionally produce something better than the standard menu.
It won’t compete with the best pizzerias in Naples, but for a made-to-order pizza at sea with no extra charge, it delivers.
